Manly Breakers first team to play a sport outside of cricket competed in the first round of the Manly Warringah Oztag comp last night (14/10/03) and coming away with a tidy 5-5 draw, despite leading 3-1 at the half time interval. The team led by Big Al consisted of the following; Fish, Browny, Rooood, Ballie, Macca, Stivo, and Dan, with no reserves making the game a little more gruelling. Highlights of the match include Fish's try with his first touch of the ball in Oztag ever, Roood's amazing run after half time to score a fantastic length of the field solo effort, and drawing the match with a team of girls (yes..............really).
