Manly won the toss and batted but were again in early trouble losing 4 for 37 thanks to some good, tight bowling by Gullickson (2/10) and Gowans (1/14), both off 6 overs. The Sweet bros then put on about 80 after a slow start but took control after some loose change bowling by Surry Hills. Chris eventually finished with 70 and Phil 49 n.o. to help the Breakers to a good score of 7 for 186 with Lang chipping in at the end with 8 n.o.

Surry Hills started well with Shephard (11), Stucci (15), and Punia (29) all getting starts leaving them 2 for 66 after 14 overs but some good straight bowling by Hill (4 for 39) and Chris Sweet (3 for 14) put the ABreaks@ on and didn't allow the new batsmen to settle. Monin (1 for 23) and P.Sweet (1 for 11) helped bowl Surry Hills out for 111.
