A big thanks to my Vice Captain, Justin Barbaroux, who also had his first year at the club. Despite being a little disappointed with his own form, he will prove a valuable player for the club in the future. Thanks mate! (Phil Sweet, May 2003)

Justin Barbaroux another good season and Justin has the ability to score his share of 50’s and I really feel a ton or two. Justin stepped up for us this season with a couple of stints with the ball and he too is a valuable leader within the team. (Hilly, May 2004)

Another year of sheer consistency for Justin “Larry Potter” Barbaroux. The ever reliable rock of the B3s top order, he got us off to many a solid start with a carefully conjured innings. The highlight was undoubtedly his lusty hitting that threatened the locals wandering up the ninth at Balgowlah Golf Club. He also made a number of handy contributions when handed the ball and provided much wise counsel and illuminating insight on the field. (Rob Lavery/Fish, May 2005)

A true gentleman of the game, had a very solid year with the bat and ball and was, as always, a very safe pair of hands in the field. Did a fine job as stand in skipper in my absence and was always offering good advice in tight situations as vice captain. (Bally, 2008/09)
